Add capability to record video.

(Note to developer: there are some typos in the Settings options, e.g. General > "... when prgram starts" (x3) [should read 'program']; Audio Encoder > "... the file size and qulity..." [should read 'quality']; Uploader > "Save to separated folders by ID" [should be 'separate'].

In the main program window, under 'Recent Non-Skype > Offline Record List' (which should really be 'Offline Recordings List'), I suggest the following changes:

'Here you can browse all the non-Skype audio files you may have recorded. The offline recorder is a Windows voice recorder. You do not need to log in to your Skype account to use it. You do not even need to be connected to the Internet. Please click here to perform a sound check.'

Under '{Recent Audio / All Audio} > Getting Started To Record Skype' (which would be better reworded as 'Getting Started With Recording Skype', I suggest the following changes:

'Here you can browse all the files recorded with the program. Welcome to Athtek Skype Recorder, a high-quality call recording program for Skype. If this is the first time you are running the program, please begin by clicking Sound Test Services.')
